Penn State Harrisburg will memorialize Joe Paterno on Tuesday

Penn State Harrisburg students will hold a small vigil for the late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno at noon on Tuesday in the lobby of the Olmsted Building, space permitting. If there is not enough space, the vigil will be outside.
